Ok all of these rules must be followed AT ALL TIMES,any managers found not to follow these rules risks being sacked as manager of each club

CUSTOM TACTICS ARE ALLOWED!!!
1.Home team should invite there opponent but as long as you play your game its ok who hosts as long as both Managers agree.
2.Match settings are as follows:
Xbox Live > Online Friendlies
Team Level: Any
Half Length: 8 mins
Controls: Any
Game Speed: Normal
Squad Type: Custom
3.When you have invited your opponent and you are both in the game on the ready up screen you MUST note both teams overalls:
DEF 90
MID 86 (EXAMPLE)
ATT 81

When playing a game on VFW you must go into the team management, scroll through your whole squad and then say Xbox record that. This will help you if anybody accuses you of Cheating It will be easy for us to check your latest clip recorded and see if they have a valid claim. If you fail to do this then we will take it as you have something to hide. This means that you no longer have to ready up in five seconds of getting to that screen.
If you wish to do the recording the manual way without using your Kinect then please follow the following steps ...
Join the party of the opponent u need to play > Once in the party go to dashboard hit snap > Hit Game DVR > Return back to FIFA > Make sure your in control of FIFA and not the snapped app to swap between each one u double tap the Xbox Guide button on the controller > Once in the game go to team management > Go through all your players > Then double tap the Xbox Guide Button > End Clip Now > 1 Minute > Job done !
This rule has been put in place so we can stop any form player tampering, if a manager did tamper with there players it would alter there team overall ratings in each position. This is also another reason why custom formations are not allowed as it would render this method worthless.
4.You should only have the players in your squad from VFW in your squad on Xbox which you use for VFW matches. If you are found to be playing players not under contract to your club you will be punished severely.
I would advise setting up two squad files one for your personal game and one for your actual VFW matches!
5.Any red cards you pick up carry a 2 match ban, if you are caught playing a supsended player you will face a points deduction.
6. If a player accumulates 3 yellow cards he will miss 2 games. just like if he was sent off
7.Please play the your matches fairly reports of persistent fouling will be investigated.
8.Do not leave the match until the game is finished. You have until 5 minutes into the match to leave because of poor connection,if you leave after that it will be seen as quitting out of the game.If a manager does quit out you will be punished at the admins discretion!!!
9.At the end of the match please take note of the goal scorers,assist,player match ratings and man of the match for both teams. And don't forget the score... lol idk how this is possible but some people seem like they don't possess a brain..
