All managers must play all 3 league fixtures each week and what ever international or cup games they have by Monday Morning
VFW is a site which is based on competitive games in competitive leagues! games not being played means no VFW!
I cannot stress enough how important it is that you get your games played each week!
Admins are here to help you not just enforce rules & be what some players would see as assholes!! below is what you should be doing!
1.Check your fixtures at the start of each week
2.PM all your opponents via the VFW site forum, we can check & PM's on the site forum meaning you have solid proof you have contacted your opponents.
3.Post in match arrangements, simply state when you are available and who you have to play if there is a reply to your match arrangement you will get an alert appear at the top of the forum. In turn you will be in the process of arranging your fixture.
There is a match arrangement tab in each leagues forum!!!!!
If you cannot play and have a genuine reason we will be reasonable and try to help you reschedule!
Vacation/Holiday Section
a)If you cannot play for a genuine reason you must post in the Vacation/Holiday Section
b)You must also PM an admin! (remember it's more proof for us!)
c)If you have a holiday/vacation planned let us know in advance, that way we can allow you to get in front with your games before you go on holiday, its better than having to try and play catch up when you get back! That can turn into a full mess!
Genuine reasons
Your reasons must be genuine and not stupid or fabricated, if we have reason to believe you are being dis honest and trying exploit the system you will be fired from your job as both a club, and international manager!
example of being dishonest: My xbox is broke, you are then caught playing clubs appearing offline
Below are the BIG do not's
1.Do not leave all your games until the final day of each week's fixtures. If you do you're basically screwed!
a)ALL fixtures are 1 week long not 1 day long.
b)Not all your opponents will be able to play when its only convienient for you on a sunday.
c) Sudden "Pop UP" problem's such as your internet going down would mean you cant play
